We love beefsteaks! The food is awesome and it’s one of our favorite types of event to play for – open format with genres for everyone! For this huge space (the IHA gymnasium!) we stacked up 4 FBT cs1000s in white, provided two wireless mics, a slide show with video mixing, and an all white DJ booth.
